Halloween Family Home Evening

I saw the idea for this cake online and decided I needed an excuse to make it. So we decided to have some friends over for family home evening. After we had a little lesson we let the kids jump in Hannah's bounce house. She was still too scared to go in (see previous post). I got in and we made her get in for a minute but it didn't last long. I don't know why she is so scared. I figured seeing her friends jumping in there would make her see how fun it is. Wrong! After jumping we all carved our pumpkins.

Then by the time we got to the actual carving we had lost most of the kids. I think Danny did a great job with ours. I didn't get pictures of the Nelson's you will have to head over to Alycia's blog to see them they were really cute. I think everyone had a good time.
